In Valysti, we have a simple mode of payment. For all the coaching services, we only accept cash payments. Payment shall be made after the delivery of the agreed service. After the delivery of any given service, we expect the client to give us the full payment of the particular service. Note that any other method of payment shall not be taken at the moment. All services will be rendered in good faith. The optimal service quality is diligently sought to be delivered at all times; outcome relies on how the knowledge acquired by the client is applied.

Failure to notify us within that time frame may incur a fee for cancellation, depending on the situation.

We appreciate the fact that many people come with situations that are simply unpredictable and could require cancellation or rescheduling of sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours advance notice so that we may be better able to service other clients waiting in line.

Services provided by Valysti, once delivered, are non-returnable. Due to our cash deposit policy only, no refund is issued. In case you are dissatisfied with the coaching session, kindly reach us at [email protected], and we will help you out in this respect.

While we will do what is within our authority to provide you with effective business coaching, Valysti shall not be liable for any business outcomes or losses or consequences of any use of our advice. Our coaching services are advisory and meant for guidance and support, but you remain responsible for all decisions you make as a result of our coaching.
